wait why are you congratulating someone-
I was scrolling through r/traaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaans and I forgot how accurate trans stereotypes were
I'd have to say the main stereotypes I fall under are catgirl, thigh highs, and a beyblade

DUDE I FORGOT I WAS LISTENIGN TO SOMEBODY WHO I THOUGHT THEIR MUSCI WAS MORE THAN JUST INSTRUMENTALS BUT IT BECAME THAT ANDI MOKAY WITH THAT

I'd have to say the main stereotypes I fall under are catgirl, thigh highs, and a beyblade"
I highkey wish that was true up here.
Over where I am, the transgender community is mostly known for being physically violent against anyone who isn't transgender. They've even attacked supporters, especially if they're binary. The transgender folks up here confuse me so much because practically all the transgender people I've met on the internet are really nice. Or is it just in my area that's like this?

I magnolia, discovered a week ago that yolo, which I thought was a greeting actually means 'you only live once'
yeah i always thought it was very uncharacteristic of you to always say that-

it was more of a comment I would say when getting onto goodreads, it sounded like cheerful greeting to me

Every other community is pretty awrsome, but for some reason the trans community is beyond self centered. It's really sad.
My area seems to have a lot of backwards things.
Then again, the whole country is pretty backwards, since Canada sucks at supporting adults with mental health issues and disabilities. The youth are getting amazing support now, but anyone above the age of 18 is basically considered a lost cause by the government. The system is so stupidly screwed up I just *frustrated pigeon sounds*
But at least we're surviving with what we have. We obviously have the materials to make it better, but something is better than nothing. I'm just glad Canada finally got it through its thick skull that mental health problems get worse if they aren't dealt with early on.
Here's to praying that some smorts will show up in the government for once this year! And not some of the awful predictions for 2022 that are disturbingly realistic. Not a good for someone with ramped up anxiety, that's for sure.

Oh man, it took me seven years to finally get the motivation to look it up. I still have yet to look up what "lawl" is. It's been well over 12 years (yes, age 8) and I still don't have the will to bother searching-

like why tf are they worried about grades when i can barely find any motivation to get out of bed

Imma be really honest for a sec
Seeing all you guys having to deal with...difficult parents
I sometimes feel bad about having a loving family
(Minus my blood family on mum's side they can all go to hell for all I care. MY GRANDMOTHER TRIED TO BLACKMAIL MY MUM BY USING ME. Mum's side is full of psychologically manipulative people.)
my dad is cool but kinda uncool too
he kinda misgenders me, not like in ways that he would understand but when somebody was talking about how men don't have purses he said "artie does" and that was just confused to me
also still has my contact as my deadname
I've been out for over a year

I told my mom I was nb bcuz she doesn't think genderflux exists
she said "ok" and misgenders me
but mom is a lot better than dad
dad yells at me because I'm hellenist and not Christian, and because I'm a gay, genderqueer kid

I'm in the same boat as birdsong with feeling kinda bad that I have it easy, sure I lost my dad at the end of 2020, but the rest of my family is quite relaxed and calm.
also anyone else have notification trouble, or just me?
my parents are complicated...they accept gay people and they took me to gay pride festivals but some of their takes on the lgbt community are really weird....

thanks shawn
thats cus ur mom is gay
that makes yo mama gay jokes valid
