Mostly anxiety (+fear) that I'll see my ex. He lives in the same city as me. I'm terrified of the thought of seeing him. Any suggestions of going outside alone makes me remember what he did and I just burst out crying and shaking. That bastard has shaken me up so bad... I hate it. It makes me feel like a coward...
