TBR: Dirty Blood (Meets all three criteria)
NEW: Heartstone (Paranormal) Pride and Prejudice meets dragons! Highly recommend getting the audiobook if you can, the narrator does an amazing job with voices and accents that really made it even better.


November 4 - Men Make Dinner Day
TBR: The Stopover (Man on cover) I actually enjoyed this more than I thought I would!
NEW: Geekerella (MC works in food industry) This gave me all the feels! Sweet romance and fun take on a classic story!


November 6 - Nacho Day
TBR: Heat Wave (Hot cover, two people on cover)
NEW: Jingle All the Way (set partially in South America) This was a cute one that I was skeptical about, but ended up enjoying


November 10 - Vanilla Cupcake Day
TBR: Sweet Tea and Sympathy (literally says sweet! Also contemporary and a sweet story)
NEW: My Not So Perfect Life (Contemporary, woman on cover) Love this author and this book. Great story of personal growth for the MC!


November 16 - Fast Food Day
TBR: A Christmas Gone Perfectly Wrong (under 250 pages)
NEW: Naked in Death (Thriller series) This one hooked me from page one and I read it in one day! It’s a LONG series, but each one is just as fascinating.


November 17 - Homemade Bread Day
TBR: The Duchess Deal (Historical, character works with her hands) Had to get this one on here for you. Loved this book! The MCs, the support characters and the plot. Fun read!
TBR/NEW: Stalking Jack the Ripper (Satisfies all three!) Really loved this series! MCs are complicated, but well-written series.


November 25 - Parfait Day
TBR: The Suite Spot (colorful cover!) Sounds good, added to my TBR!
NEW: Bringing Down the Duke (Multiple POV, colorful cover) This was a fun read and has been a great series. Hoping to finish it this month myself!


November 28 - French Toast Day
TBR: Well Met (one color, group of friends) Loving this series and impatiently awaiting the last book to come in with my library!
NEW: This Time Next Year This one was a great read! Sweet with some spice and tugs right at the heartstrings.

NEW: Surrender** by Pamela Clare - Probably my favorite HR book ever, only contested by the other brothers' stories!
TBR: Seduction of a Highland Lass by Maya Banks - Loved this trilogy! (And wish she would finish her other HR trilogy too!)

NEW: Dragon Bound* by Thea Harrison - Great beginning to the series, and lots of humor too!
TBR: Ice Planet Barbarians* by Ruby Dixon - Outlandish fun!

NEW: The Madness of Lord Ian Mackenzie* by Jennifer Ashley - I just started a reread of this great series myself!
TBR: The Year We Fell Down* by Sarina Bowen - I loved this series and I'm not a big fan of YA or NA books!

I read Murder By Chocolate

One issue that I had with it was that it didn't feel authentic to me. The setting is in the New England area of the U.S. but no one spoke like they were from anywhere in the Northeast. I liked the food truck idea though, especially the dessert part :)

I for sure got one done this month - Dinner For Two. I have The Good Lie and Treacherous Is the Night both checked out, but I'm not sure if I'll get to them this month. Thanks so much for picking these books for me :)
