Merge and combine

First could you please merge book 1 and book 2 cause are the same book, the 1 has the isbn13 but does not have cover and the 2 has the cover but not the isb13. I have upload the front and the rear cover from the book as proof.
(I do not know if it is called merge, all i want to do is make book 1 and book 2 appear as a single book)

And after that could you please combine the merged book 1-2 with the original book 3 cause neither book 1 nor book 2 has it.
The proof for that I was not able to find it cause in publisher website they do not say that the original book is Burmese Days. I only have the site from where i bought the book, If you scroll down you can see BURMESE DAYS. I hope that count as proof.
