History: Carolynn was born years before Carlos was and that was when her mom was in the prime of her life. Cruella would burn her with cigarettes and her personal lighter, and she would mentally abuse Carolynn. telling her that she was never going to be loved. All the hate comments took a toll on her and that led to her mental health being shattered to pieces. She never complained because she was afraid her mother would do something worse. When Cruella started getting older Carolynn would barely talk to others. She sighed and gave up on talking, she uses ASL and BSL.
Personality: When she was younger, she was surprising and outspoken. Of course, she's also focused, compassionate and intuitive, but they're less prominent and often intertwined with being disconcerting as well.
Her surprising nature though, this is what she's often adored for. Friends tend to count on this and her sense of order especially when they need comfort or support. When she got older, she's agonizing, and abrasive is just the tip of the iceberg. To make things worse she's also argumentative, impatient, and insulting, but at least those are kept somewhat in check by habits of being gentle as well.
But focus on her as this is what she's most disliked. Plenty of relationships came to a halt because of this and her impatience, which is too bad for all sides.
