ABANDONED. YA Romance. Set in Englend. Highschoolers that come from different families that used to be rivals/Enemies back in Punjab and are enemies in England

Its about two highschoolers that fall in love with each other, knowing that fact that their families are enemies. The same incident happened in the past between the families in Punjab. Back then the male from one of the families was killed by the other family. The same thing repeats itself at the end of the book where the main male character gets killed by the brother of his lover. I read the book about 2 years ago

No not in in England. Im not 100% sure on the Punjabi thing but I am certain that the family origins are from that region. To add on to what I wrote about the plot, the male character plays football and his family is not as strict as the girls family. He also has a sister that lends him her apartment which the couple use.
