I plan to read Artificial Condition and The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet for the space opera thing & they both are brown. So... I'll have a few more surprises to add as well as STILL working on our BOMs
Ladies, as much as I love the Murderbot books, make sure you're reading an edition that is actually long enough if you want them to count. We have a minimum page count of 160

How is everyone doing? Heading into the last week of the challenge - what do you plan to read this week?
We have a fifth round, right? 😅I have so much reading for class to do that it's been a real struggle to fit in anything for fun...
Doing good. I've been working a temporary job so reading is a little down. Hoping to meet my estimated total.I'm planning to read the BOM The Left-Handed Booksellers of London but probably for Round 5.
I'm bouncing between 2 books at the moment, but hopefully will finish them both tonight, but only one counts for this challenge. Tomorrow starting on Burning Boy, then from there...is there a certain letter(s) that would be most beneficial?
i'm definitely slowing down a bit, mostly bc the only series i actually want to read i have to keep waiting to pick up the next book so it's been exactly six months since i last read it lol. i should finish the two i've got on the spreadsheet now and then definitely one more, probably two more though. cross your fingers for a word with an A, H, or T for the last round or else i won't be able to finish the print book i started for round 2 and never got finished!

There are also some additional rules for tags/colors but it's a bit early and I can't think yet 🙈
Agree on Ouch! It keeps us running on our difficult letter them though. I sure was hoping for a K though, lol!I'm confused on the tags since they aren't genres...can't wait to hear the rules.
In about 2 hours, I will be free to read as much as I want through mid next week minus half of Saturday. I plan on hitting the books in such a good way!

Okay the tags:This is pretty much the same as the genre tag, but without the minimum 10 tags thing. 1 tag is enough (as long as it wasn't tagged as such by one of your teammates ;) )
I don't know how high the chances of finding one of these randomly are, so there's always the option of going to the genre page and just clicking through until you find something that sounds interesting https://www.goodreads.com/shelf/show/... (people tag all kinds of weird stuff so there's a good chance of all of these yielding something good! at first glance, vegetable seems to have quite a few books I've previously read on the first page)

just realized i'm actually reading a book now where the author has a Z last name. was gonna use it for W for the title this round but i'll wait til next round to finish it

@Jackie I may have accidentally written over a book you added for round 5 in the planning spreadsheet - the spreadsheet only refreshed after I was halfway through adding my own book and there doesn't seem to be a way to restore it :( sorry!

I got a couple books each that will fit for Q, U and Z letters for the next round. I should also be done with my last two books for this round by tomorrow.

I also have finished I'm Thinking of Ending Things which works for R and Dark Duke which works for N and W.
I didn't add those because they are on the shorter side, but if there's space I can put them in the spreadsheet as well.
Speaking of page counts, something I noticed: if you're reading the audiobook and adding that to your shelf, we're have to use the default edition page number.

But the ones on my shelf are the audio edition. I hope that does not cause too much trouble to the captains. Sorry!
