Inescapable question

Hello everyone!

I need help identifying a book I read in middle school. Here are some details of the book that I remember: the cover of the book had an eye on it. The book was about a teen girl finding out about her powers and trying to blend in with everyone else. She is able to see future events that tend to bring chaos. Seeing the future makes her want to change it and possibly prevent it. As some point in the book, she befriends a black boy and falls in love with him. She laters sees a premonition of him dying and tries to do everything in her power to save him but he ends dying anyway by falling off the roof of a building. I believe the book is a trilogy series?
