My first book was "The Play of Death". It is the sixth book in a 7 book series. The series as a whole contains a very predictable formula for each of the books but this is fine because the author does such a good job with imagery and character development. I enjoy how creative the author is when writing these mystery novels and how the characters find new and exciting ways to solve their conflicts in the story. The next book I will be reading is "The Council of Twelve".
