.
We invite YOU to nominate a theme for next month.

Perhaps there's a holiday (major or obscure) you want to celebrate? Maybe you want to focus on a specific genre or tag? Want to look for cover image or color? Focus on the author's initials? Whatever "theme" you can come up with is fair game.

BE SURE to include the task requirement for your theme:
Examples:
Christmas: Read a book that begins with a 'C'
Spring is Here!: Read a book with flower(s) on the cover - be sure to post the cover image.
Read a book with "COZY MYSTERY" as a genre

ONE nomination per member

To encourage participation from more members, the person who nominated LAST month's winning theme cannot nominate this month. So, B.C., you will *not* be able to submit a nomination (though you WILL be able to vote).

DEADLINE - 25 September 21 5p CST, or 5 nominations (whichever comes first)

Once the nominations are closed, we'll set up a poll for membership to vote on the theme for next month.

Nominated themes:
* Halloween - Read a book that features a haunted place (Carol)
* Autumn colors - Read a book with an Orange, Red and/or Brown cover. (Koren)
* Getting warm and cozy - Read a book that makes you feel all cozy and comfy. (Rosa)

for me, Autumn is all about getting warm and cozy after being out in the cold. tea, warm spices, comfort food, fuzzy socks, blanket burritos... so my suggestion is: comfy books. favorite author, favorite genre, old favorite... a book that just makes you feel all cozy and comfy.

I ♡ reading Frankenstein during this time of year. Let's read a book with a "body part" mention in the title.
such as: brain, leg, eye, bones, etc....
