I was just wondering...I have not been notified when someone gives a review or rating of one of my books. How do I change my notifications so I get notified in my email?

Librarians cannot help you with this. If there isn't anything in the Author Program documentation: https://www.goodreads.com/author/program

Then you would probably need to contact support, or search help.
