usually I just read anytime I can though I do most of it at night but quite a bit of it also happens in school bcz my school is big on reading

iamaunicornwithyellowfeet (bookobsessedblob) | 4063 comments Anshika wrote: "How does your everyday life fit into your reading schedule? I’m interested to know so feel free to poor out your soul to me :)"

i always have a book with me, in case i get free time to read, though my main reading time is at night before i sleep
i did once try reading in the morning, and it was quite nice, but i haven't done it since

I'm going to be honest I don't read how I used to.I used to read when I got home, walking home, walking to school ,every chance I got.
But I have 5 younger siblings a dog and a snake so i hardly get time to myself but when I got to shower, I shower then I leave the water running and read sitting on the counter or sometimes I just come and sit in the tub(not bathing just reading) and read

unfortunately, because of school, it's either one of two extremes
- i'm too busy and don't read anything for a month
- i drop everything and read for ten hours straight because ✨escapism✨
usually i'm better at juggling my reading time with doing-life time during the summer but school just has me really really busy smh

anarchoyoungadult (mournful soul arc)[#hiatus] (anarchoyoungadult) lmao i'm not balancing it.

i could pretty easily read 100 books in a year, but that means terrible grades, tears, and more stress than i'm already under rn, so no books for now

If I have classes, I speedrun all of my schoolworks and read after they're all done.

When I don't have classes, I just finish all of my homeworks, finish my chores, then start reading so nothing would disturb me

BUT THAT WAS BEFORE (༎ຶ ෴ ༎ຶ)

Ash (inkwordsandash) (inkwordsandash) | 5364 comments Anshika wrote: "How does your everyday life fit into your reading schedule? I’m interested to know so feel free to poor out your soul to me :)"

I barely have time to read, just like ten chapters per day :((
I usually get time to read over the weekend
I try to read before I sleep & a little in the afternoon buuut it rarely works out because I'm studying/doing other stuff haha.

It’s easy, I don’t have a real life 🙂

On a serious note, I have flexible online class timings so I can somehow speed it up ( and regret it later). I do have a lot of house chores, but I somehow sneak around and read some books in between as quickly as I can. Of course, I hear an earful if I get caught.
And I also stay up late at night and read a lot then.
Late evening and Nighttime is the best time to read in my opinion

I read whenever I can squeeze in the time. Or when I'm supposed to be doing homework but I'm just not in the mood for it so I just open an ebook and read for the next hour. But most times I'm too busy so I mainly read before I sleep.

Well, I read e-books and physical books alike. That way, say my wifi goes out (which happens pretty often because my parents love remodeling and stuff) or I'm at school and doing assignments, I'll be able to read either way. My mom sometimes gets mad at me because she complains I bring books everywhere (which is true).

g.vee (gvesthetic) | 2350 comments Well...for me its about getting time. If I get time in between my daily work, I read, sometimes I read while doing my work side by side. But mostly, after dinner, if its a normal day like not between exams and stuff, I read at night till I sleep.
