Currently there are two unlinked images but the cover doesn't appear on either. When you click on one image (paperback), it says there is no other edition, but when I try to add the Kindle edition it says that that ASIN already exists! Please help! This is my promotion week, so I would appreciate any help you can provide to fix this. Many thanks in advance!

Yes, Goodreads sometimes takes a (long) minute to adjust. I think these updates are slower since the recent changes to the back end, though I can't say that for certain.
