I am the author of Right Date Wrong Guy. I know it's confusing that there are two Sarah Schofields. I'm the Australian Author, and the other Sarah Schofield is the American author of Duo.

Is it possible to create an author page and move this book over to me please?

Thanks for the response, but I'm confused. You say it would be easier to move me and my books to a new profile than to remove the eight or nine books that aren't mine. You say to contact Support and ask them to create a new profile and let them know which books are mine.

But the profile is otherwise accurate. It features my photo, my bio, my blog, and - more to the point - features over 30 books which ARE mine. How can it be easier to move 30 books than 9? Could you possibly take another look? Maybe there's something I don't understand.

Pete, Goodreads disambiguates authors with the same name by inserting one or more spaces between the given name and the surname. This extra space doesn't show; it's read by the database system. By inserting these spaces, we can differentiate among authors with the least amount of confusion. Support will modify your author account so that you are Peter^^^^^Atkins, with 5 spaces. (Or whatever number of spaces is required for your specific situation.) That will move all your books onto your new profile, leaving the rest of the books on the default (one-space) Peter Atkins author page.

When the import bots import a new book, they place it on the default author name. In your case, that is Peter^Atkins. There are other authors named Peter Atkins, so you'd ask a librarian to move your book to your profile, with the number of spaces that Staff assigned.

This method is simple in practice but complicated to explain. 😊

Since it appears to be pages for a journal/log, I have marked it as not a book. It will take a day or so to disappear completely from your profile.

It is not an Amazon edition. I have set it to combine with the other editions of this title, and eventually the reviews and ratings will show.
