I believe the books starts off with the telekinetic protagonist girl in a therapy session, where she flipped a car with her powers. Somehow she ends up teaming up with some monsters to fight an upcoming apocalypse? I can't remember her name but I do remember that her love interest is a vampire named Oliver. I read the book around 2012-2017, but I bought it from a Goodwill so I'm not sure when it was published.
