Delete book that does not exist

Not sure why this placeholder book was created, but the series is complete at 5 books. Needs a superlibrarian to delete.

A reader may not have realized the series was complete...or it was wishful thinking. It is clear from the series descriptions that #5 was the last book, so I have deleted this record. It will disappear shortly.
