It was just okay. I think it was suffering from second book in a series. I have found that the second book is a bridge and sets up the series. First book is to hook you but there is a hope for series second book is hey we have series. I liked it but is was not my favorite. I was confused but yet I will be reading the next book.

Review:
First of all, I love this series. I love it so much it's crazy! I love the gang, I love the humor, I love the mystery. I love everything. I can't wait for this series to be fully released so I can go back and binge it all again.
This is Carson's book. One of the books I have been looking forward to the most honestly. Carson has been a mystery through the whole series so it was really nice getting to see the real Carson. Getting to know him.
This book is a little more subdued than the others in the series. It's taking it's time for the mystery to unfold, focusing on Carson coming to terms with his past and reuniting with his first love. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
With that said, I need the next book now. That ending...
My mind is still stuck in the book, so this will have to do for a review for now.

I am back at my cottage as this is Thanksgiving weekend for us and we usually do all the final cleanup and putting stuff away to shut it for the winter. Also have a 20 pound turkey in the fridge I am going to cook on Saturday for my family (12 people in total). So it's a good thing we are not competitive. This one might take me a day or two between laundry, gardening, cooking and picking up my mom from London (and wine-- did I mention wine yet?) Am about 20% into it so far.

Yes!
My husband wired up the living room and kitchen with google stuff. I can turn any light, the ceiling fan on. He got a google door lock so I can lock and unlock the door and the thermostat that I can control with google. It gave so much more independence. Jamie got me a cookie jar and body pillow. Emily a 50 dollar amazon card. I was spoiled and I enjoyed it

This is the book I’ve been waiting for, Leo and Charlie story! Finding out Charlie’s true history, and how Leo and Charlie fell in love. I loved how their history was dropped in tidbits with the flashback. But what I really enjoyed was their off the charts scorching chemistry. Leo is kidnapped and the boys are on the mission to rescue him. Charlie’s Angels meets Mission Impossible strikes again. This is one of the best series I’ve come across!

Oh, yes! My weigh-ins are calculated to a 10th of a pound.
I normally drink 2 mugs of coffee in the morning. Which is 6 fluid ounces. 6 fluid ounces of water of itself weigh 2.81 pounds on scale.
So no breakfast or coffee till after weigh-in. The rest of the day I drink 32-64 fluid ounces of water/iced green tea. So it’s early morning weigh-ins once a week for me😉

I'm so excited about the Christmas book!

I envy you! I’d love to have new glasses. But progressives are so expensive. I have to wait another year. I used my insurance last year to get new readers instead. Since covid, my kindle & iPad get heavy use 😂

I bet they make you look like a trendy young man

Yes. You can just join this group. MM group you ask to join and they check you out to make sure you are human.

Review: Ack, the ending left us hanging. I didn't find this one as action-packed as the last one, but it was nice to see Ridge and Davis get together and how their kinks matched up. Just wish they had a more definitive get together at the end. Oh well, guess I will just have to keep reading the series!

Thank you. We tried really hard to. Without Amanda and her mad searching skills we would not have. First month she had over ten books in the high nineties we spaced out. We saved the books over 100 for the final month as I knew Lisa would do the sane as always and she did. It was fun but so glad it is over. Not ever playing for the win again.
