Mr. Adam’s asks the question: “…Do you want to avoid breast or prostate cancer? How about colon cancer? Arthritis? Do you want to avoid Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia? Depression? How about clearing up that stubborn acne or eczema? Maybe just simple weight loss?”

Now I ask you this: what if you could not only prevent these things, but REVERSE the disease you already may have? Which one would be most important on your list and WHY? Do not forget that reversing of Heart Disease and Diabetes are a given!

Yes, I agree the “long goodbye” (Alzheimer’s) & cancer are really scary and I do not want those either. I think on that list they’re all important to avoid by way of eating Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB)…I am with you both on those two!

Let me suggest one that is not on the list that I find amazing, and there is little scientific literature for “reversing” w/a WFPB diet, is Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or concussion.

Kind of goes along with both depression & dementia though.

Often we see folks with history of TBI go into big depression and then later develop early dementia.

I have patients for which I witnessed this condition improved (when all other interventions had failed them) with eating just the way Mr. Adams is suggesting!

Eric Mueller You have a goal that is possible. The first step you have taken which is to proclaim your goal is perhaps the hardest. You have shared it with others who are supportive. Now with each day you will learn more about how to achieve your goal

You have to SET the goal to attain it❣️

With every bite that passes your lips you are committing yourself to fulfilling the true reversal of Diabetes and keeping cancer at bay…more importantly you keeping the risk of your kids developing those diseases lower by this commitment you are making.
