And I'm pretty sure the wizard Morewine found the princess while we were all reading in the corner- I mean dancing up a storm with Sir DanceALot.

HUDDLE TIME! Ok Adventurers, let's review what we know:
Sir DanceALot is positive that the princess is not at the market festival, as he danced with every single person, animal, and magical being at the festival.
Woof-in-Sandals has not smelled a trace of the princess, so she probably took a carriage wherever she went.
Chester is reasonable sure the princess is not in the prickly thicket, but that's all he's got.
The wizard Morewine is sure that the princess is not outdoors as he would have seen her while flying on the dragon.
Completely stumped, we decided to follow Princess Noseypants favorite maxim:
When in doubt, go to the library
....Oh. We, uh, we maybe should have checked here first, huh? How about that...Gee. I feel like maybe we over-reacted a little bit. Well, anyway, whatcha reading, Princess?
