NB: These are all PB editions. Olympus did not publish any hardcover editions. According to worldcat they only published under ISBN 9789046705728 and 9789046704882, which are both PB editions:

#1 done#2 Agree about Olympus only having published paperback editions. It might be a book from the library (they have a special procedure for paperbacks to be made into hardcovers, but that doesn't make it a hardcover here on GR).
Unfortunately there is a slight difference between the covers. (Shadow on the face, and the width of the lines on the cover). Editions with a different cover should be kept.
I've merged the duplicate without a cover, and corrected the format for the edition with the cover to paperback.
