A small, thin paperback book with a reddish-orange cover. Titled something like “it’s okay to be angry”, but searching that hasn’t brought me much luck. It seemed to be mostly for the parents, but also had some stories and anecdotes meant for kids who struggled with anger. It also had discussion questions for both the parents and children? Minimally illustrated, if at all. One of the anecdotes had a character named Ernie I think, but this wasn’t related to Sesame Street in any way. Read in the mid-2000s but I’m pretty sure it was older. Maybe the 80s?
