5 weeks though... packing must have been crazy! I was recently at a weekend retreat and even I didn't enjoy packing for that. lol

My advice is... don't be nervous! Haha. High school is great, really. Be active, be involved, do your best, pick your classes wisely, and have fun!

yes!! packing was a nightmare. I basically brought all my clothes and then I got here and did more shopping hahaha...

and just how they let you go off campus and explore st. louis anywhere you want is amazing

The Harry Potter series? I know they're not for every Christian, but they're actually good books, and put together, they're definitely long like you wanted. :)

Have you ever tried reading Gone With the Wind? That's a really long one. As for interesting... I thought it to be so. I loved all 800+ pages of it!
For a completely different story, but historical fiction as well... This based on a true story--A Northern Light by Jennifer Donnelly. (Def. not an 800-pager, though. ;)

Technically I only started reading it because of cari's review lol
I agree with Caro. It's worth it. I am the world's slowest reader, so it took me all summer to read that book, but it kept me interested throughout the whole thing. Good book!

It took me two weeks to read and usually I get a book read in 1-2 days. But I never lost interest in it. I actually liked that I was able to chill and enjoy a book for longer than I usually do. :)

St. Louis, we were there through the Ferguson anniversary which was interesting :)
Today my big sister left for college. :( I know she will have a great time, but I'm going to miss her.
Aww, Amanda, I know how that is. When my big brother went to college, I didn't know what to do. But it always made Christmas time so much more special!

i'm good! Going off to a college camp next week. Kinda scary since i'll be away from home for five weeks (packing is such a nightmare)
