As for the isbn issues: that is probably a GR display issue, as both Dutch editions each only had one isbn on the edit page (9041740082 on one and 9789041740083 on the other book page).
When accessing a book from the search page, sometimes an isbn from a different edition can be displayed when the isbn10 or isbn13 is missing on the book page.
Example for a Vietnamese edition that only has isbn13 on the book page:

this displays the English isbn10 on the book page.
And the cleaned up URL only shows the isbn13: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

However, note that the given ISBN10/ISBN13 pairs are different and moreover inconsistent; it looks like the ISBN10 and ISBN13 have been inversed among the two book pages.
The correct ISBN combination for this book is 9041740082/9789041740083 and this corresponds to the 1999 (hardcover) edition published by Meulenhoff/Rainbow (note the small rainbow logo on the cover!)

Amazon.nl also links the ISBN13 to this edition (format, page count, publication date agree), but unfortunately has no cover picture.

Note, finally that the "other" ISBN combination that can be constructed from the book page data would be 0316769177 / 9780316769174, which corresponds to an English edition (available in the GR database), which is clearly not correct! https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...
