Thanks for the Ballard title, Kate. My husband is all things maritime and he doesn't have this title. Was thrilled to order it for him. And another Ballard title too!
Much of my reading has been aimed at 1st and 4th grade in recent months. :) This was a fun one for my little marine biologist to be. She and I read it slowly together and enjoyed discussing all of the different sciences and studies that worked together. She was much less interested in the backscratching and red-tape workings. The last few chapters dealt with dyslexia with a positive twist. I hope your husband enjoys Ballard.
