Kristina Simon wrote: " Cat - post 1621Please check your total. I have 550 as of this post. No need to repost."
Yeah, I think I forgot to count one of the 5 pointers. My next post (1650, for task 50) will be off too, but I've corrected my records now
thanks!
Teri-K - post 1636Task 50.1, option 3 requires three book set on three different continents. Egypt and Zambia are both on the African continent.
Jayme(the ghost reader) - post 1665Please check your total. I have 50 as of this post. No need to repost.

Oh, dear. What was I thinking? Sorry. :(
Fly - post 1681Task 25.4, option 2 requires the use of a word from the track title that is at least four letters. Spy will not work for the two book option.
Cat - post 1682I cannot find Making Money by Terry Pratchett on AR BookFinder or AR BookFinder UK. If you have a link that shows the IL as being UY, please repost including the link.

whoops! I double-checked too... but I was looking at option 1 LOL
sorry!

And it had been going so well with remembering all the info! Will repost.

Tien - post 1793Please check your total. I have 720 as of this post. There are problem posts that need to be reposted.

Books whose main page lists any of these genres: Sequential Art, Comics, Comic Book, or Manga may only be used for 5, 10, and 15 point tasks unless specifically allowed in the task description for a higher point task.
SandyL - post 1823Task 25.4, option 2 requires the use of a word from the track title that is at least four letters. Bed will not work for the two book option.
Dana - post 1825There isn't a Dana on the Readerboard with a point total that matches what you are reporting. Please repost this task with your Readerboard name at the top of your post.
XBM - post 1832Task 5.3 requires a book with a TITLE that appears in black text. The title of
appears to be blue to me. If you got this book pre-approved in the Help Thread, please repost and include a link to the approval in your post.
Natalie CH - post 1854Task 25.1, option 4 requires that the author's initials be found in GENE RODDENBERRY. Ge Fei's initials are GF. There is no F in GENE RODDENBERRY.
Kristina Simon wrote: "Natalie CH - post 1854Task 25.1, option 4 requires that the author's initials be found in GENE RODDENBERRY. Ge Fei's initials are GF. There is no F in GENE RODDENBERRY."
omg, I am so sorry...what was I thinking...?
List_addict - post 1915Task 5.3 requires all the letters of the title to be shown in black on the book's cover. The O in Love Hacked has been replaced by a red heart.
Kathy P - post 1947Task 10.6 requires that all of the author's initials be found in NICKELODEON. From the Default Rules of the Challenge: Spaces determine names. We realize that this may not be technically accurate in every case, but this is the default rule.
Applying this rule, the author Casper ter Kuile has the initials CTK for the purposes of the SRC. There is no T in NICKELODEON.
Nick KY - post 1968Please post the Amazon link provided in this post in the Anyone with librarian status.... thread in General Help so a Goodreads librarian can update the book record with the missing print edition page numbers. Once the page numbers have been added, you can repost this task in the Completed Tasks thread for points.

Sorry, I'll unclaim this one and slot it somewhere else.

Do you have any ideas why the numbers are all way off? This now shows up as post 1795, but it was 1832 in my records, too. I had a heck of a time finding it.

I noticed a post number change as well when I was looking for my post. Goodreads must be out of whack!
Simone - post 2039Task 50.1 - neither the metadata nor the description of Mountain Man indicates a setting. Please repost with a link to a review or other reference that establishes the book's setting for verification purposes.

Kristina, the country is mentioned a few times in the book, but I read the audiobook and would have to re-read it to find the spot. Would this be acceptable as a source for the setting?
"The story is set in Canada and starts over two years after the zombie virus hit the world. Gus has found himself a house up a mountain which he has made safe, and got the scavenging for supplies thing down to an art." from https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...
Simone wrote: "Would this be acceptable as a source for the setting?"Yes, that's perfect. Please repost using that link for your reference and I'll pick up your points when I get there.
Delicious Dee - post 2093Task 15.2, book A requires that the initial letters of each word of the title be found in TAMAGOTCHI, not the author's initials.
JLRN - post 2122Task 20.3 requires the book you read to be at least 250 pages in length. The most popular paperback version of A River in Darkness: One Man's Escape from North Korea is 159 pages so it will not work for this task.
JLRN - post 2133Task 20.6, option 3 requires all the letters in FLYOVER to be found in the Title/Subtitle and/or Author's name. The Guest List by Lucy Foley is missing the V and the R.
JLRN - post 2138Task 15.10 requires a book that is #2, #3, #6, or #8 in a series. The book's number in the series must be indicated in grayscale parentheses following the title and must match one of the required numbers (#2, #3, #6, or #8) exactly. A compilation of series titles such as (The Red Ledger #1-3) does not work.
LAUREN JODI - post 2164Task 30.4 requires the combined number of pages of both books to be at least 600. Kitty Raises Hell has 311 pages. The hardcover edition of The Girls: An All-American Town, a Predatory Doctor, and the Untold Story of the Gymnasts Who Brought Him Down (there is no mmpb or paperback) is 240 pages long. 311 + 240 = 551 pages.

I completely overlooked that. I will switch read something else.
Kristina Simon wrote: "Delicious Dee - post 2093Task 15.2, book A requires that the initial letters of each word of the title be found in TAMAGOTCHI, not the author's initials."
ahhh shit - wow that's a doozy of a screw up....lol!
JLRN - post 2182Task 15.4, book 2 requires a book with at least 500 pages. The paperback edition of The Last Mrs. Parrish you've linked to is the Large Print edition. We don't use large print editions to establish page count in the SRC. There is no mass market paperback (MMPB). The next most popular paperback (after the large print edition is this one: The Last Mrs. Parrish. At only 400 pages, it does not fit the requirements for book 2 of this task.
Karen Michele - post 2239Task 30.3, option 3 requires that the female main character specifically be a police officer, detective, or private eye. The main page of the Maisie Dobbs Series says she's a psychologist and the description of Among the Mad "a special adviser on the case." If, at some point during the series, she's been hired by the police department as a police officer or police detective, please repost with a link that shows her change in employment.
Sophie - post 2260Task 30.6 - There are no page numbers for the print edition of Needs a Little TLC.
From the Rules of the Challenge: "If information in a Goodreads record is incorrect or incomplete, you may ask a Goodreads librarian to update the record if possible. Information required for a task, such as missing print edition page numbers, should be corrected before you post."
Kristina Simon wrote: " Robin P - post 2244Task 20.3 requires a book at least 250 pages in length."

This wasn't mine but Wikipedia says of the series -
Maisie Dobbs is a mystery by Jacqueline Winspear published in 2003. Set in England between 1910 and 1929, it features the title character Maisie Dobbs, a private investigator. Wikipedia.

Thanks, Robin -- I also found some links on Wikipedia that I posted with my repost of the task if anyone else needs them.
