"I finally realized that my fear was boring." The song of fear is "Stop! Stop! Stop!" with the same ending- nothingness." She includes a long list of fears, many of which may feel familiar.

Do you agree that fear is boring?

My fear is actually quite creative and relatively entertaining. The result of giving in to all the fear is boring, but watching its acrobatics and heeding the warnings has its place.
