Problem on my "home" page?

Hi there, I hope someone can help me. When I logged on to GR yesterday the thumbnail of my latest book (as above) didn't appear below my profile pic on the top right of the page as it usually does. Instead there was a blank box with the book's title, and it said zero reviews and zero ratings. I panicked, of course! Then went into my author dashboard and saw that TTWD is still there with all its reviews intact. What has happened that my 'home' page is showing a green review-less box instead of what it's always shown in the past? I have no idea how to fix it, so any suggestions or assistance gratefully received.

A paperback edition was added to the system. I combined it with the Kindle editions. Should it have the same cover?

Ohhhh! That explains the 2 editions thingie I saw. Yes, same cover. :) Thanks Debbie. Is that something I should be doing or you? (TBH it'll probably be faster for everyone if I keep well away!)
