inquiry about changing author name to pen name

Hi i was just wondering something, what is GoodReads policy on changing author's names to a pen name and altering past titles to reflect that change?

For any book that has been published, the name it was originally published under remains the primary name on all editions (even ones later published under the new pen name). The new editions will have the new pen name as a secondary name.

The author name can not be changed, but if there is claimed profile the author can ask GR Staff (Librarians are volunteers, not staff) to disconnect them from the original profile and connect them to the new pen name instead. Alternatively, the author can create a second account (with a different email) and claim the second name.
