Mary LaBelle and Luke’s murder was depicted in graphic detail. Did you suspect it was Luke in that moment? Did the way they were killed give you any clues about the reasoning or logic?

There was nothing at this early stage I don't think that linked those two together. And back to Faith's murder. It was apparent that one was "pure" and one was a cheater so linked back to Catholic sins as part of the killer's plan but there wasn't an obvious link why these individuals were chosen.

I didn't suspect it was Luke, in fact I didn't have any real suspect. I did hope it wasn't another priest.

I suspected it was Luke. It made sense because he had be so vocal on his show that day. I thought contrast: purity and a whore.

In the back of my mind, I had a sneaking suspicion it was Luke because so much was made of Luke’s broadcast. I still was shocked.

The only clue I gained was that neither had anything to do with each other. Once it was confirmed to be Luke, I got the sin/virtue contrast.

I did not know at that exact moment that it was Luke, but I wasn't surprised to learn that it was him. So, perhaps in my subconscious mind, I did realize while reading.
