We learn that Abby Chastain is semi estranged from her sister, Zoey, who slept with her then fiancé Luke Gierman. Abby can’t seem to get past the betrayal. Understandable or should she try to repair the relationship with her sister?

The whole Luke/Abby relationship never seemed on a strong footing. Finding out that your sister had slept with your fiance.. if that's not a massive red flag I don't know what is. It was always going to fail.

Yes. I was surprised that we had another relationship where the sibling was involved. I wouldn't forgive my sister even if my husband was a cheat.

I understood that the affair took place during the engagement. Why Abby went ahead and married this jerk, I can't fathom. I can understand why Abby is distant with Zoey. Zoey needs to really grovel, but there is no good reason for what she did.

I thought Abby didn't find out about the affair until after she was married, but I could have missed it.

It’s my understanding that she found out after she was married that they’d had an affair before she got married, while engaged.

I’d someday forgive my sister but I’d never trust her again and this would create a permanent distance. I could never do this to mine and I know she’d never think of doing it to me.

Same here Jonetta. As we were growing up my sister and I had our differences, but an affair with a boyfriend, even if she dumped him was out of the question.

Yes, she found out after they were married.

This is a terrible betrayal and I was not at all surprised that Abby was barely speaking to her sister.
