How should prequel novella be added?

Hi, please could someone help with adding a prequel novella to the Perveen Mistry series by Sujata Massey? Many thanks in advance.

The novella is called Outnumbered at Oxford and is not available separately, but only as part of India Gray: Historical Fiction Boxed Set - I'm not sure how best to add it as the other 3 stories in that book are not part of the series. Outnumbered at Oxford takes place before the first full book in the series, The Widows of Malabar Hill.
