What was the biggest plot hole in Harry Potter?

I feel like there's quite a lot, but the biggest one for me is that Peter Pettigrew showed up on the Marauder's Map and the twins had the map, so the twins knew that a person was sleeping in the same bed with Ron. I've seen some people justify it by saying that the twins were being supportive and thought Ron was gay, but Ron was literally 11 and having someone sleep with him... and that person was a grown man

Throughout the series, there are many situations where Harry (and other characters) used magic outside of school, but they were under the trace still, and didn't get in trouble.
