Soul readers,

We are officially halfway through the month of August and (maybe?) halfway through our first book together! I'm excited to hear how everyone's interpretation is.

Our meeting will be either Monday, August 30th or Tuesday, August 31st.

IMPORTANT: Please add books to the bookshelf and vote on your favorite. The book with the most votes will be our September book :)

With love,
Michelle

Just an FYI - I think we can only access the bookshelf to see what people have posted if we are on a computer, not the phone app. If anyone has been able to find it on a phone app, please let a know!

Christine Trickel (crissie0420) | 2 comments About 113 pages in. So much that I have read so far resonates with my own daimon. My diamon was dormant for so long until I spiritually awakened. During childhood, it wanted to express itself but because of society and my life experiences; it was repressed.

My growing down process started when I had my dark night of the soul. Everything that I thought I knew was dead to me. My third eye expanded and I saw truth. This growing down period allowed me to be humbled and be more aware of people, places, & situations. When I am more aware, my daimon shined through. It tapped me back into joy, pleasure, and the simplicities of life. It brought me back into who I truly was.

I did not let society’s parental fallacy to build my daimon. Rather, the neglectful mother & the absent father I had; shaped who I am in adulthood. The indivisibles that I am now aware of have brought me on this path of trusting the mysticism and my intuition. It has allowed me to tap into my authenticity & most of all back into my daimon.

These chapters speak from a physiological standpoint but also a mystical one as well. Verbose examples of individuals and their own experiences with their daimon. This is one of my favorite reads so far.
