Ethan writes down all the history notes and tries not to think about Drake messing with Alanna, but succeeds in thinking more about history than practice. Ally smiles and takes notes.

Teddy looked up at his dad, who was writing on the BlackBoard.
"The War Of 1812" The Blackboard had written on it.
"Now, who can tell me how many casualties did the War of 1812 cause?" Dakota Henry asked his History class. Meanwhile, James Brown was sitting in his office picking the players to put into the Big Game. Ally was taking notes in Science class when she felt a tap on the shoulder, the tap ended up coming from Drake who sat right behind Ally. Kailey was looking at the blackboard in History class. Teddy looked at the BlackBoard, he knew the answer to his dad's question but was not saying anything. Teddy got bored real quick and while his dad was turned to Write something else on the blackboard, Teddy made a spit wad and threw it at his dad's desk.
Alanna eyes Teddy "really?" She mouths to him and roolls her eyes

Teddy ignored Alanna for a bit and then looked at her. He mouthed back, "If you think that is so weird, why don't you answer Mr. Henry's question about the casualties of The War of 1812?" Ethan was taking notes in class while Ally turned around to look at Drake and Shane, "Will you two cut that out?" She said to both of them.
Shane turns around frowning. Drake is laughing his head off.

Ethan answered just as his friend Collin looked shocked. Teddy was taking notes. "What's so funny Drake Fiorentino? How about you give us the answers to last nights homework? Unless you would like to be doing this for the next two years or even until you graduate From SunnyView High School, I suggest you quit laughing in my class and start acting like you care about your Physics Grade." Mrs. Reed, Collin's mother and the Science Teacher said to Drake. Kailey was taking notes. James and Dakota were sitting at their desks, in different class rooms but they were still sitting at desks.
Alanna answered the next question with confidence but then it was wrong. She turned red

UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FAILING PHYSICS!" Alice said, saying every word so that she was directing the whole topic straight at Drake. Collin was sitting in history class, taking notes. Kailey and Teddy were taking notes. James and Dakota were at their desks in their classrooms. Ethan was taking notes in class.

"NOT IF YOU KEEP AVOIDING THE FACT THAT YOUR FAILING PHYSICS, SO NO You may not go to the Bathroom!" Alice said to Drake. Teddy and Collin were taking notes, though they were both friends Teddy didn't have Collin doing spit wads and stupid tactics because Teddy knew that Collin's mother, Alice Reed (the Science Teacher), would not approve of that type of behavior. Teddy had heard that Collin had an older brother, but that last year Collin's brother had been killed in a car accident. However, nobody talked about Collin's older brother. Dakota and James were making sure everything was in order for tomorrow, it was important that everything run smoothly at SunnyView High. "What are you looking at Quirk? If you want my notes, you know already that Mr. Henry doesn't like cheaters." Collin said to Alanna.
Drake holds his crotch keeping in pee.

Collin responded, then added "Well if your not cheating, then why were you looking at me?" Mr. Henry was writing tonight's assignment on the blackboard. Teddy had given up on trying to make spit wads and was doodling in his notes. "Fine, you can go, but be back before class ends." Alice said to Drake. Alice went back to teaching. Ally was taking notes in her class as well and looked over at Shane real quick, hoping to see that he was still there but she never knew with him at all if he was there or not.
Alanna turns red "I, I , never mind you wouldn't get it" she mumbled to him quietly

"If you think I'm Ethan, he and I look nothing alike." Collin said to Alanna. Alice is still teaching, while Mr. Henry assigns homework. Teddy is doodling in his notebook. Ally is taking notes.
"I don't think you're Ethan. I was gonna ask if you could totor me but never mind" she whips around

"It's cool and Sure. Of Course I'd tutor you, history is like my one class that I actually know what I am doing in, aside from Football but that is a sport and History isn't sports."
She brightens "good, I'm not that good at history"

"It was the second war between Great Britain and America. Great Britain involved their presence in modern Canada to a greater extent than in the Revolutionary War. The War of 1812 is famous for being a war in which the modern Canadians, who at the time didn't exist yet technically, The United States and Great Britain all claimed wins to various degrees. It can be said there is no technical winner and that the war just really ended with one of the only long lasting results being a more defined border of the Northern United States. There was residual hostility, which happened between America and Great Britain because of the Revolutionary War. The United States won its autonomy during the American Revolution, but that was only a few decades behind when the War of 1812 occurred. Many of the soldiers who fought in the latter war fought in the American Revolution first. Both sides still harbored animosity toward one another. It was clear even before the battlefields of the American Revolution were cleared of bodies that there may be another war. Benjamin Franklin famously said, 'The War of Revolution is won, but the War for Independence is yet to be fought.'
There was also struggle over international trade, which is complicated but the basic explanation of that is- The United States had barely a navy to speak of during the American Revolution. Even during the War of 1812, the naval force was small, though it proved to be remarkably tough. Despite this, America was home to a major fleet of trading ships. Britain was unhappy about this for several reasons and told the US that it was not to trade with France because of the Napoleonic Wars. The United States was neutral in those wars and was not happy to oblige the order.
As for Britain's side of things, there was a lot of aggressive actions on their side.
Britain was purposefully making things difficult for the newly formed United States. They refused to see any person living in the United States, yet born in Britain, as an American. When they came across these men on ships, the British commanders would impress the British-born Americans into their service, which was an outrage for obvious reasons. Britain was also funding deadly Native American raids in the US.
Then there is the region that is Canada today.
At least some of the impetus for war involved US expansion into Canada. It was certainly not the most prominent cause, but it was something of a side effect of the concept of war with Britain. At the time, the Canadian region was British. It was neither heavily populated nor well defended. The United States thought to move in, conquer and sort out the rest through negotiations. However, Britain gave what would become Canada some officers and a few thousand troops. Sympathetic Native Americans gave them the forces that are much of the reason the US was largely kept out of Canada.
And because of all that America declares war.
In June of 1812, the United States Congress deliberated over the issues it was having with Great Britain. It was eventually decided that they were worthy of war, and then President James Madison signed a declaration of war. Thus, the second war between Britain and the United States began." Collin said, explaining what lead to the war beginning.
Alanna swallowed her mouth hanging open "um, uh, thanks"
"Yea, I'd have to say America is quite the idiot sometimes."

She gets up and runs over to Ethan "hey, ethan"

"Hey Alanna, so..........ready for lunch, Or would you rather be in History?" Ethan said to Alanna. "Yea, totally." Ally responded, then added "I couldn't stand another hour of Science even if I had to"

Ally smiles, she thought it was cute that he tried imitating her sometimes. Ethan couldn't think of anything to say.
Alanna holds her book against her chest "while, let's go to lunch" she tucks a hair behind her ear
Shane quickly kisses her cheek "so, let's get going"
"Yep" Ethan said and he headed towards the cafeteria. Ally smiled and headed towards the cafeteria.

Ethan doubled back when he saw that drake was messing with Alanna, again. "Drake, go hang out with the rest of your friends or go talk to some freshmen girl you like or go do something other than stop people in the hall, besides, shouldn't you be going to lunch as well? Or for all I care, skip out on lunch. Teachers wouldn't mind." Ethan said to Drake, as a way of trying to get drake to do something else.

Teddy and Collin join Ethan. "Drake, is that really necessary? Pretty sure if a teacher saw you it would get you in big trouble" Teddy said to Drake. Ethan and Collin sat against a nearby wall.

Teddy said nothing, walking in the opposite direction towards the cafeteria. Ethan and Collin got up and walked over to Alanna, "You okay?" Ethan asked Alanna.
Alanna mumbled something then kicked the wall. She looked up and said "yeah, I'm good"
