I'm looking for a historical romance that I would have read around 2005-2015, maybe a little earlier, where the heroine (who was a governess or teacher of some sort) needed to learn how to paint so she could teach her charges. Their neighbour happens to be a talented artist, so she goes over to ask him for help.
He asks her how she will pay for lessons, and because she has no money, they eventually negotiate that for each skill he teaches her, she will remove one item of clothing.
At the first lesson, she turns up in many layers of clothing, which causes her to faint. As he has to loosen her clothing to revive her, they consider it a down payment of sorts for a few lessons.
She may, or may not, have used the excuse of visiting an elderly female to account for the time she's actually spending with the hero.

I don't remember much else, obviously they eventually fall in love and have a happily ever after.
