Possible bots reviewing my book

Over recent weeks I have noticed lots of ratings being added to my book, lots of them with foreign-sounding names. I have clicked on to a few of these 'members' and found that weirdly all their reading lists all seem to be the same, and their reviews for the various books are all posted at the same time, so I think they must be 'bots'.
Why would this be happening? Can you do anything to investigate this please?
