Mantvydas | 1092 comments Can you confirm that these books are set in the same world and/or share characters?

I can't tell from the blurbs.

Manuel Alfonseca | 136 comments The second book continues the first, but in the third (the one I want to add to the series) a century has gone bye. However, the description of the Mars colony is similar (although improved after 100 years) to its description in the first book in the series, so the third book can be considered to be set in the same world.

Manuel Alfonseca | 136 comments Anything new about this request? I thought I had answered your question. Anyway, as the author of these three books, I should have something to say on whether they belong to the same series or not.

Mantvydas | 1092 comments So action is happening 100 years later with new characters (primary or secondary). Is there any overlap of characters from books #1 and $2? Or at least a mention to the world mentioned in previous books?

Manuel Alfonseca | 136 comments The world in the first book is Mars, which is beginning to be colonized from the Earth. There is a detailed description of the first Martian settlement, a big bubble with a Terrestrial environment within.

The second book takes place just a year after the first. In this case, action goes to Venus, but the main character is a secondary character of the first novel.

In the third book, which I'd like to add to the series, action goes back to Mars, about one century later than the first (the exact date is not specified), and with different characters. The Martian settlement has expanded in the meantime, although it's now expanded from a single bubble to seven, interconnected, and is now called by the name Articity (Artificial City). The description of each bubble is practically the same as in the first book.

This series can be considered as related to the colonization of the Solar System, thus the name of the series.

I hope this explanation is sufficient.
