Ana | 2 comments I’m searching for a book I’ve read 4-5 years ago. Sadly I don’t remember much of the plot, but I remember these details:

-the hero became the guardian of his nieces in the beginning of the book (maybe because his sister died, I’m not sure)
-the heroine has a bad hip -and maybe walk with a limp because of it?- , and thinks that she will die if she ever give birth (because of this bad hip situation)
-in the beginning of the book she almost fell on the streets because if her bad hip (and maybe because someone bump into her? I’m not sure sry)
-the hero convince her to marry him
- they travel to London by carriage and the the heros infant niece has a bad stomac so she always pukes
-on their wedding night (and in the whole book) the hero uses lemon so that the heroine won’t become pregnant
-somewhere in the book they consult with a doctor about the heroine’s bad hip situation and the possibe pregnancy
- and in the epilouge finally they have a child

Sorry I know it’s not much, but I’ve read this book ages ago, and this is all I remember. I really would like to reread it, but I can’t find it anywhere. Pleeeease help me!

Mai | 1280 comments This one came up searching online: Fool for Love by Eloisa James. The hero becomes his half-sister's guardian, not his nieces', but the rest seems to match!

Reviews that match your description:
"The heroine has a bad hip and is convinced she will die in childbirth if she ever gets married"
"He needs to find an heiress fast. It would be perfect if it's some docile, quiet girl who loves kids since he is a guardian to two young stepsisters."
"Was no one seriously worried about that poor baby who threw up like three times a day in a horrible Exorcist-like fashion?"
