Ummmmmmmmm...I was thinking about maybe some reading challenges, like we choose a genre and whoever reads the most wins! And as a prize, they become temp-mod or something. Or if you have a better prize idea. Or maybe no real prize. Just bragging rights.
As another challenge we could do is How many friends someone can get over the course of 2-3 weeks? or something like that. U have any ideas? Or an opinion of what we should do first?
