Giorgio, Worldcat our preferred source for print editions has 223 pages for this edition. Could you please advise what you've got on page 223, as some things we count and others we don't.
Yes, the last numbered page of the book it is actually 221 but there is one last page in which the novel ends. So maybe Worldcat it is also counting the extra blank page at the end.
Edit, on page 223 there is the index of the book. So 223 looks like it is the correct number of pages
Can you please add the amount of pages? It is 222 total
