Adding a new book/edition

Not sure what folder to put this in but I received an ARC from the author to read and review. They've already said there may be some changes. It's a proof. Please add this ARC as a new edition for me. There is no isbn as it's an ARC/Proof.
I've never done this before and would really appreciate your help.
