Combination of these reasons. I thought at one stage he may have even been the killer and was trying to use her or throw her off the scent. And then I thought he may have been involved more in her brother's death. He wasn't a very likeable character in any scenario.

I'm with Lisa. At first I thought that he was leaking information because he wanted a relationship with Nikki, then as the story progressed, I thought he was trying to cause a problem for Reed because he was jealous. Regardless, I was waiting for him to get fired.

I agree with Lisa as well. It was a combination of the three. He came across as kind of smarmy and was even on my suspect list for the survivors.

I’m with Lisa, too. As the story progressed, I thought his strongest motivation was jealousy of Reed and this would not only give him a leg up in the investigation but have the added benefit of pushing him aside. The problem was no one seemed to respect him and that was all about him. He also wanted more of a relationship with Nikki, too.
This guy was as unprofessional as they come.
