Pamela Poole (pamelapooleart) | 26 comments I've relisted distribution for my novel series independently with new ISBNs. The series is on my Goodreads profile, but the Amazon links back to the books on my author profile are different. What is the procedure for listing this change on my Goodreads profile?

The series is the Painter Place Saga, books 1-4.

annob [on hiatus] (annob) | 4048 comments Hi, as you use new ISBNs they should be added as a new edition of each existing title. To add one of your new ISBNs, go to the existing Goodreads book detail page for the title. You should see a clickable link named 'Add a New Edition'.

Once your new edition is added to the database, follow the instructions below (optional, not mandatory) to make your new edition the primary one to be shown on your author profile and in searches.

Pamela Poole (pamelapooleart) | 26 comments Thank you. Am I supposed to keep the original publication date, or post this edition for today's date?

New editions with new ISBNs usually have new publication dates, specific to each edition.

Miriam | 1831 comments You would post it for the date the edition was published.

On Goodreads there is a separate field for "Original published date" that is used for the earliest date a book was published.
