The Outskirts Press edition (First Edition) was published in 2011, and it is out of print.

This listing somehow appeared when I added the Kindle and paperback editions for the Second Edition, which I introduced to ensure a paperback edition of the book would be available. Here are the two listings for that edition:

I merge the extra edition of the old edition and added the covers to the new editions.
