It's insane were already (nearly) 5 months into 2022....I'm still stuck in 2019😂
Yeah...it's so weird...oh yes, 2019...when the public didn't know there was such things as face masks...XD

Yep. And yet, I did lol (I used to wear face masks back in 2009-ish during flu season and to doctor's offices so I wouldn't get ill and flare up). And here the public was complaining about it 🙄 I was wearing them when I was 5-6. Honestly, get over it lol

lol that's rough. I knew face masks existed but I can't recall if I ever had to wear one pre-covid. My main issue with 2020 wasn't the masks but the hand sanitizer. I have terrible eczema so the alcohol in sanitizer destroyed my hands.

Ah, yeah. I could see how that could be an issue. I did used to wear one pre-COVID (obviously). Never cloth ones though. Only surgical. Even now, I wear three masks. KN95, surgical, and cloth (in that order). I used to wear them relatively frequently lol at least 3 times a year. I used to wear them when we'd visit family members in the hospital because hospitals deal with a lot of sick people, and because of my autoimmune issues, I've always been anti-getting sick. Especially after 2009.

Wow…how do you keep your skin clear with three layers of mask? I usually wear the classic blue and white ones (don’t remember what they’re called) and I swear if it’s on for more than 30mins I break out

lol I don't 🤣 I do break out, but I don't break out as much as my sister because I don't sweat as much. However, my mom did have to buy me concealer for prom (which I've never used before) in order to cover pimples I got from wearing my masks. The classic blue and white ones are usually the surgical/medical masks doctors wear. Thing is, even though I do go out, I don't go out as much as most people. Because I'm homeschooled I do my schooling at my house, with no mask on because it's just me and my family. I only wear my mask if we're running errands or on the days where I attend co-op on Mondays and Thursday. Other than that, I don't wear the masks.

Ahh alright that makes sense lol. With my skin and makeup routine I end up with like…5 layers of stuff on my face so adding a mask wrecks havoc 😂

I can imagine. I don't wear that many layers of stuff on my skin tbh. A lot of skin care products don't agree with me. I can't use things with soy or wheat/gluten on my face because they make my skin worse. Most products burn my skin as well. So for skin care I just use unscented soap, water, and olive oil. As for makeup, I don't have foundation or any of that, so my 'everyday' (read as going out day) is just eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara (maybe lipstick or lip gloss if I'm in the mood). I have blush, but I don't wear it all the time because of acne. I only wear it on special occasions.

Oooh! Olive oil eh? That sounds like it would work well…I’ve used it on my nails but not my skin. Your skin is gorgeous Lexi💕 I usually have acne gel, moisturizer, sun screen, concealer and blush
Then like for the rest of my makeup I do basic eyeshadow and liner, mascara, lip stick, with the occasional contour and highlight

Yeah =) Olive oil. You'd be surprised how much stuff it helps with. Acne, moisturizing, in meals, and it also works for inflammation. I'm not even joking, I used to be in so much pain as a child, and my mother would massage my joints with olive oil, and it would always lessen the pain because olive oil is anti-inflammatory. Works wonders honestly.
And aww, thanks Katie! 😄💖
I don't usually wear sunscreen unless I'm going to a water park because I have the kind of skin tone that tans, not burns. So, I'm lucky enough to not have to use it often. I think I've only gotten like one sunburn in my life, and it wasn't even painful.

Wow. My skin isn’t super prone to burning but growing up on the beach it’s become a habit

My sister's skin burns like crazy though. Her skin is lighter than mine

I have extremely pale skin☹ so I burn very easily. Even my hair naturally highlights during the summer...even in the winter, the highlights remain.

Yeah...I get natural highlights in the sun too, and freckles. I used to get sunburned all the time, but It has not happened in a while. Maybe i've been overexposed or something😂

….is peanut butter a condiment?
Thank you! I believe it is but people are always like no it’s not…but then what is it if not a condiment
Here's what Google says:
"Honey, Peanut Butter, Jam, and other such spreadable Sandwich toppings may all classified as Condiments, with the subcategory of Spread (Mainly because they are thick and usually eaten individually, perhaps on Toast.)"
So yes, peanut butter is a condiment lol

the fact that honey and jam are also condiments just made my day
I was going to mention that honey and jam were, in my opinion, condiments as well, but I just didn't lol
Scooooooodles wrote: "the fact that honey and jam are also condiments just made my day"
lol yes. I LOVE jam. and jelly. When I make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, I always put more jelly than peanut butter on it. So it's more like "Jelly with a side of bread and peanut butter"

I put equal amounts of too much peanut butter and jelly to the point where the bread can barely hold it together 😂

I was, generally, an okay child...but I loved climbing and doing things I was specifically told not to do
My childhood home was a two story, with the railing of the stairs exposed, so you could stand on the stairs from the second floor and see the first. I would CONSTANTLY stand on the railing, jump dowm, and land on my sleeping bag, then proceed to slide into the kitchen

Okay, the only thing I can relate to is the climbing and doing things I was told not to...yet I think I turned out okay. Maybe.
Lol I was extremely reckless until like 11. Had zero awareness of my well-being
So I'n pulling an all nighter.....please pray for my head tomorrow. I can feel the headache forming
Tomorrow? rn its 2am....so ig today
oh im also trying to do anatomy hw.....trying to cover skeletal stuff while delirious is not recommended. Or anything with large vocab words.
