World Cat (our preferred source for confirming page counts) has this one at 116 pages. Can you tell me what is on pages 117-159 of your copy? Some things we count & some things we don't.

On pages 117-157 there is the end of part 3 ("Retta Comprensione"). On 158-159 the index.
I don't think that in this particular book there are parts you don't count: there are 159 numbered pages and the last one is actually the 159th "physical" page.
