For future reference, it is helpful to mention that you have three spaces between your first and last name in your author name to differentiate you from others that share the same name.
The Adding New Books folder is for adding new books to the database that were not already in it. Next time just use the Book Issues folder.

Could you also take a quick look at a duplicate entry for this book, please?
This entry Weeping Season can be deleted or merged as the correct entry has already been created here: Weeping Season

I understand, but this is not a Kindle Book. It is an eBook that was published earlier this year. This Kindle entry was made by a reader and not by the publisher / author.
The ASIN entry does not exist in real life.

I can see that, but the Kindle book Amazon have uploaded is the same file as the eBook. The eBook has an ISBN number.
Can they be merged?
Otherwise the Goodreads database will be flooded with auto-generated listings for books that have been added by the publisher.

While it is the same file, Goodreads uses the ASIN from Amazon so that they can connect the Kindle edition directly to Amazon if someone clicks on the Amazon button.

Hi Emily,
Yes, it is.
Example: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/weep...
Can I request for the one created by the Amazon bot account be deleted? It's acting as a duplicate.
