Link Book to Author and Combine Books

Hello,

The second book in my mystery series (A VALIANT DECEIT by Stephanie Graves) is up on Goodreads with two different entries:

Any help fixing this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you! Is there a reason the print version does not include the cover image and the Kindle version does not include the description?

The book seems to be showing up as attributed to another author besides me.

And still no cover for the Hardback version. Is that something I can add myself?

The print version imported from Ingram without the cover. I have added it from Amazon.
Kindle versions usually do not include the description when they are imported, so I have added it.
