Dean Skinner | 2 comments Good morning all!! I’m a relatively new, self-published author who just launched my latest book about a month ago, Healed: A modern-day tale of the Book of Job. As one reader put it, Healed reads "as if it were written by both Steven King and M. Night Shyamalan." A 45-60 min read @ $1.99. Up till recently Healed was:

#1 New Release in One-Hour Mystery, Thriller & Suspense Short Reads
#13 Overall in One-Hour Mystery, Thriller & Suspense Short Reads
#15 in Biblical Fiction

However and of note, I don’t edit or soften my language. Particularly the language we hear when we’re struggling, suffering, looking for hope when all seems lost. Per a Christian Book Reviewer on Amazon (which I LOVED his review): “If 4-letter words cause you to break out in hives, you'll want to skip this one. They are peppered liberally throughout on just about every page (other than the first page), and include regular and repetitive use of f-bombs. If you can look past that (and, hey, even the Apostle Peter cursed and swore on at least one occasion, as recorded in the Bible), then the story truly is worth reading. And frankly, while I'm not usually a fan of 4-letter words, they do make the protagonist and his situation very, very believable (see what I did there?).”

Thank you everyone. If you do download and read Healed, I truly hope you enjoy it. Have a great day!!

Roderick Edwards (rodericke) | 2 comments BANDERSNATCH JESUS is a book that allows the reader to go back in time and make different choices...choices that would change the world. Be there the moment Adam was about to eat the forbidden fruit. Decide what Noah does after the Flood. Decide if Jesus' disciples' free him before his crucifixion. You decide it all!

Roderick Edwards (rodericke) | 2 comments I hope it is well received. I had one fellow tell me he doesn't think I should be "messing with Scripture this way". Yet, the NIV & KJV translations "mess with" Scripture in ways that lead to completely different doctrinal understandings. I'm merely trying to get people to see how things COULD HAVE been different if the biblical account didn't unfold the way it does.

Annmarie Roberts | 7 comments Hollywood is Not Home is a contemporary Christian fiction novel with romance, faith, family, and friendship.

It takes on the stereotypical idea that Hollywood stars have everything they want, money and fame included.

However, what's the price of fame on privacy?

What's the value of living free, taking long runs, spending time with friends and family without paparazzi?

Come meet Maggie Malone and find out. What would you choose?

I'm busy at work on Book Five in my Hope Again series, so I'm currently promoting the first one, Baggage Claim.
I'm enjoying writing the Upper Peninsula parts of the story. We used to live there, and I loved it. (It's the western end of the peninsula, which is all forested - not the more touristy eastern side.)

Mary Allen (marydodge) | 1 comments Hi everyone,
If you like reading fast-paced who-done-it mysteries filled with quirky characters and a large dose of humor, you might enjoy my new novel: HUNT FOR A HOMETOWN KILLER.
It is set in Florida - where weird and crazy things happen, and includes a Sinkhole, Gators and a suspenseful Canoe Trip on the Ocklawaha River (which you can't say without laughing).
The main characters wrestle with the faith issues of forgiveness, loss and coping with the chaotic changes in life.
You can click on the link at my website: http://www.marydodgeallen.com
I hope you'll check it out. Happy Reading!
