((We used to have a MOTW rules thread, but one of our old mod's accounts got deleted, so that thread got deleted. I'll work on getting it back up in general, but yes, you can call 0. You can't edit topics [like change the folder they're in, names, etc.], create book nooks, or delete comments. You also can't delete or ban members from the group. You also cannot delete topics, but other than that, yeah, you have like mini-mod privileges =))
